Best vacuum for porcelain tile?

by Roberta
(USA)

I have a Oreck XL and the wand cracks. I've had to replace them twice. Also, they tend to come apart while vacuuming.

I am moving to a house in Florida and most of the house is porcelain tile. What would be the best type of vacuum?

You have some excellent choices in the market today, and they come from well-trusted names. You can start your selection process with the Eureka 4870GZ Boss Smart-Vac.

It's an upright vacuum cleaner, which means it's very easy to store. But more than that, the vacuum cleaning machine can simply glide along very smooth bare and tile floors, while still being able to eliminate dust and debris at the cracks, tight corners, and in base boards.

You can also easily switch cleaning from the tiled floors to carpets just by switching your brushroll on and off. It also has a very wide anti-clogging dirt path, and a patented HEPA filtration system.

You can also try the Hoover H3000 Floor Mate, which can work wet-clean hard surfaces, such as tile, hardwood, and vinyl floors. The 6 counter-rotating brushes can self-adjust depending on the surface that you are currently working on, and it dries up quickly.

Moreover, it can power-scrub even the hardest type of floor. You can also use it to get rid of spills in your tiles. You simply need to press on the Wet/Dry Pickup feature found in your machine.

Good luck in your move to Florida, and I hope you can bring with you the vacuum cleaner that you've always wanted.
