DC 17

My Dyson DC 17 vacuum was great for 2 months and now 9 months later I hate it. It doesn't work properly and when it has broken, twice now, I have to spend an hour on the phone trouble shooting the damn thing while my kids run around screaming.

Then after they have determined that there is nothing to do and that I wasn't so dumb as to not snap the cannister in properly I have to take the thing to fed ex and mail it off all the time wondering if they are going to charge me $130 b/c it's my fault that something has gone wrong.

The Dyson DC 17 vacuum sucks and I would never recommend one to anyone. Not only has the thing broken twice in a year but when it does break you have to jump through hoops to get them to stand behind their warranty.

DON'T BUY A DYSON.
