Dirt Devil Kone and the Broom

I ordered the Dirt Devil cone and the broom off the internet and tried them when they arrived and contrary to other items.... they don't suck...

It was taking more time to see if something was vacuuming up than it would take to manually get a broom...

I contacted the store and the company and could get no satisfaction to be able to return.... not even for a monetary refund .... a store credit... NO...NO and NO.

So Dirt Devil and Target both have the power to make things right and they choose not to... hard for me to believe. I look at them in the boxes and feel like I should have just set a hundred dollar bill down on the ground!
