I'm less than impressed. My Fantom Lightning vacuum broke and I could not get it repaired or buy parts.

I thought the Dyson Ball was top-of-the-line, but it just does not have the cleaning power of the Fantoms. (too bad they're not available anymore.)

For $500 I expected more cleaning/suction power.
