Dyson DC 17 Absolute Animal

What a piece of garbage the Dyson DC 17 Absolute Animal vacuum is. It is heavy, it overheats constantly, it requires more tender loving care than a fine automobile and it loses suction after approximately 2 months of use.

The attachments are a joke- they fall off and further dilute the non-existent suction. It does suck up large objects, or rather it tries to. Get within a foot of your bed linens or curtains and you'll be hauled across the room by the force of this thing trying to swallow them up.

Keep pets away, as it will chase them also. But try to vacuum dust or pet hair or crumbs and the Dyson is completely disinterested.

It is very expensive and guess what? Dyson offers replacements only, never refunds, so you will permanently add this useless piece of garbage to your home should you choose to make the mistake of buying one.

In spite of my begging for a refund so that I could get a real vacuum, Dyson insisted I send the Dyson DC 17 Absolute Animal to them for repairs, they proceeded to lose my machine and so then sent me a replacement lemon for the original lemon. I have again been begging for a refund but they refuse.
