dyson dc11 canister

I bought a Dyson dc11 canister 4 years ago at Sears for well over 500.00 dollars and have had nothing but problems with it.

First the the extension wand broke a small clip i had to buy a whole new wand for 100.00. I have had to purchase 2 new turbo heads at 100.00 a piece and the last one didn't even last 2 months and quit working.

I will never buy another dyson as long as I live, nothing but problems and cheap plastic parts that don't last!

Maybe the uprights are better but I won't spend the money to find out too many cheap plastic parts for me.
