Dyson DC21 vacuum

Our Dyson DC21 vacuum is 2 years old and the "bristles" on the power head have worn completely down. Called Dyson and they will replace under warranty...BUT ONLY ONCE...issue is we use it on Berber carpet.

They told us that the Berber will wear thes bristles off. I told them this is something buyers should be made aware of as these are not inexpensive vacuums.

I bought the Dyson DC-21 vacuum cleaner 2 years ago and have used it daily with two German shepherds. The suction is still as strong as the day I bought it and it consistently cleans the carpets in my apartment and vehicles, picking up the dog hair effortlessly!

The one time I had a clog in the machine, I called the service number and they instructed me on how to remove the clog easily and effortlessly. I highly recommend this vacuum to everyone who can afford it.
