Dyson DC28 Airmuscle Animal vacuum

The Dyson DC28 Airmuscle Animal cleaner vacuums like no other but the wand is a totally different story. It won't come out of it's storage unit half the time without taking the hose and wand assembly totally apart.

I've taken it in to 2 different Dyson authorized repair places. The 1st one said I needed a new assembly (my Dyson DC28 vacuum was 3 months old at the time) and would call me when it came in. I never heard back from them.

Called Dyson to find out what the deal was and they had changed authorized service people. They gave me the name and address of a 2nd repair place. After driving 35 miles to get there they had changed their name so I had trouble finding it.

Showed the owner just how the wand will not come out and he said he'd fix it. He kept the machine for 2 weeks and did nothing. Claimed nothing was wrong with the wand and kept on asking me the same questions over and over again... like I was lying or to crazy to know what I was talking about.

I brought the Dyson DC28 Airmuscle Animal vacuum cleaner home and used it today. Guess what, the wand is stuck again. I live in Houston, TX and can't believe that Dyson has only 1 authorized repair place and it's 35 miles from where I live.

I will keep on working with this DC28 cleaner but just want everyone to know that Dyson has the sorriest service out there.
