I purchased a store model after being told it would be covered under warranty. The first repair was covered. Within four months of owning it, it broke again and Dyson refused to cover it since it was a demo model. I invested in an expensive vacuum that lasted for less than six months. I will never purchase a Dyson again.
Poor quality.
Poor warranty.
Poor service.
