Bought the Rainbow and thought it would be great. Paid for fragrance packs and air freshner - which we never received.
Good vacuum but pain in a_s to clean after using. Didn't pick up odors in the air like they said it should.
Tried it for 8 days and decided to return it - as stated on back of Sales Contract - "You may cancel this Sales Contract at any time during the period that ends ten (10) days after the day you receive a written copy of the Sales Contract. You do not need to give the Seller a reason for canceling during this 10-day period."
Apparently 'No One' has ever returned one! Yeah right! And this is the only time we were told of a $250 charge for returning the Rainbow to have it sent out to be 'properly cleaned' to resell.
They were pretty quick in picking up the cleaner, but that was it. After making numerous phone calls and leaving several messages (their voice mail was always full), they finally credited my visa after 27 Days.
According to the Sales Contract "If you cancel this Sales Contract, the Seller has fifteen (15) days to refund any payment you have made and return to you all goods delivered under the trade-in arrangement (or refund an amount equal to the trade-in allowance)."
They held back $300, not $250, and apparently they "couldn't locate" my original vacuum. So they ripped me off of $50 plus my original vacuum cleaner, which was only 5-6 years old.
Paying that much freakin' money and then they screw you around like this! I wouldn't recommend anyone buy this system!
Our biggest mistake was letting them in the door. Beware Of People Calling - Telling You They Have Something Really Great To Show You - Don't Fall For It!
