i was one that was sucked into buying the rainbow. i wanted an air cleaner-purifier. i will say it is a nice vacume, but they advertise as an air cleaner-purifier. it does nothing. believe it or not after having it for a week or 2, it is supose to make your house so clean, i ended up sick in then hospital for 2 weeks after the use of the machine. it does nothing for u, the company is full of lies and just steal your money, it is not worth almost 3000 dollars. if i were to put it on high in my bedroom, within 10 mins my room would be so hot and have a VERY bad smell, then when i called them to ask why, instead of asking to look at the machine, they told me i was crazy and a wack job, the machine does not have those problems, i dont know what i am talking about. if they really cared about there products, or there customers, i would have never been treated that way. i would never recomend this product to anyone, unless they would love headaches. pluss they promise u would love there product that they only give u 3 days to see if u like it, 3 days, how can u see what it is like in 3 days, 90% of any product i ever bought is atleast 30 days, not rainbow, u only have 3 days to see if u like it or u r stuck with it
