Euro Pro X

I bought a Euro pro X and have been happy with it. When I bought it, a few months later I sent for a spare battery.

I didn't need the spare until 2 years later and when I went to use it I found they sent the wrong battery. I called Shark Vac to send them back the wrong one and have them send me the correct one.

THEY WOULD NOT SEND ME THE CORRECT BATTERY EVEN THOUGH THEY SENT THE WRONG ONE IN THE FIRST PLACE.

So, long story short, I have thrown my Shark Vac out and will never deal with them again.
