Europro Shark floor model

I bought the Europro Shark steam cleaner with soap dispenser on a shopping channel 3 yrs ago.

1st problem, the soap dispenser, never worked again after the 1st short use. I used the soap that the co. sends with the machine and it destroyed the entire dispensing apparatus.

I move 2 yrs ago. machine was empty and put back into original box. Due to many extended family ills put on my plate for care, I hadn't had time to unpack it to use until 2 weeks ago.

LO AND BEHOLD! Absolutely nothing! Not even a light! The Europro Shark steam cleaning machine was used 2 times for less than 20 min. BAD, BAD deal for $150.

It did a great job for the 2 little jobs I did accomplish before it died. I was totally looking forward to using the window cleaner, as I bought a home with high windows and lots of mirrors.

I'm so disappointed, I don't know whether to laugh or cry. I'm really glad I only have 2 adults to clean up after.
