G series

Bought the Kirby G Series vacuum it in 2002. Love it, it did a wonderful job in helping us clean up after hurricane Charley in 2004.

I am looking for a refurbished one for my daughter and hubby. She has purchased 3 vacuums in 5 years; Hoover, Bissell, she should have bought a Kirby right out of the gate!

The problem that I have is that You spend Thousands of dollars for this machine and they don't have a in home repair tech that can come out to your home to repair the machine.

My belt broke and I ordered another one but, it's not picking up the trash like it's suppose to; really it don't pick up at all. When I called to see if they had anyone to come out to the home to repair they said that they don't.

Then she gave me places I can go to take it to be repaired. But every where she gave me is no where near were I live. So, now I have to pay more money to travel where I have to take it to be repaired.
