DON'T BUY IT! I have or had a Ladybug and it was a great cleaner. BUT, IT BROKE DOWN A FEW TIMES - VERY DELICATE MACHINE. Repairs are costly and very few places work on these things.

I had my Ladybug steam cleaner for about 5 years. I used it every other week for about 1 hour. I followed directions.

Last week, it almost exploded..it sounded like an air raid. It will cost $500 to fix. There are almost as good machines out there at half the price. Very disappointing.
