Miele Solaris with a power plus beater head

The Miele Solaris uses the beater head with the worst construction I have ever seen. It will suck up loose hair and debris until the belt starts jumping and eventually jams.

The engineering is exceedingly poor and the plastic is crap. Routing of wiring in the head is alright but the wiring retainers are worthless.

The Miele Solaris vacuum itself runs well but the tool cover falls off whenever you bump something or are not perfectly straight when you try to close it.

The bags are to small and to expensive and I for one do not think the Hepa filter is any good. (personal opinion).

I would not recommend this vacuum to anyone. Oh and the price is outrageous.

The miele has a good motor and good suction however the beater head is not for use if you have dogs as it will load hair under the belt until the belt burns up. Also the design and materials for the tool cover are exceedingly poor. I don't think its a horrible vacuum I just think way over priced. By the way the bags are very well made but miniscule.
