Oreck Zip Vac Ultra-Cordless Hand Held

Purchased two new Zip Vacs from Oreck factory direct online.

Within two months neither hand held would hold a charge. Operating time less than one minute.

This model is not repairable according to the local Authorized Oreck repair facility. Contacted Oreck, they replaced both units under their warranty.

Problem solved!??

Within two months neither replacement Zip Vac would hold a charge. Contacted Oreck again.

They would not replace the units this time stating I was beyond the one year warranty.

Problem: I have two unusable, unrepairable Zip Vacs. Trash !!

Do not make the same mistake!! Do not purchase a Zip Vac or that matter, even accept it as a free gift from Oreck.

You will have wasted your money and or your time!
