Panasonic MC-V5268

This model Panasonic MC-V5268 Performance Plus Platinum, with TriForce System and Hepa Filter. This is a $330 piece of GARBAGE!

Within 3 months the exterior plastic cracked and had to be replaced. The shop owner refused to honor the warranty on it and I had to contact the company who sent the part free of charge.

The heavy plastic molds that hold the attachments have broken and fallen off so they can no longer be carried with the machine, the hose that attaches into the vacuum comes loose periodically and sprays dirt into the air, and chunks of plastic fly out of the bottom of the machine from time to time.

Without a doubt, it is the sorriest vacuum I have ever purchased. Please avoid Panasonic and buy a $39 cheapo.

I did and it runs circles around the Panasonic. Shame on a company that would make something like this!
