Purple Dyson I bought on HSN for $400

It's not working, after only about 6 months. It never worked that well to start with. I was very disappointed.

Thought if I paid that much it would be great. I'm going back to Hoover. Had much better luck with them at half the price.

Purple/Silver Dyson Pet Hair

I don't even know the model number right off. We have had this Dyson vacuum for 4 years & 2 shepherd dogs it was great. Now it won't suck up anything lighter than a dog hair. I have to use the hose to pick up the bits that the body of the machine won't. It definitely does loose suction. It needs the repair shop or garbage heap. It is better to buy a cheap vacuum & have it go out after 4 years than this expensive one to do it.
