Rainbow E series 2 speed

I had a Kirby G5 for years and decided that it was time to research new vacuums. I thought with the dust that we have in this desert area we live that a water base vacuum would be more effective and the Kirby at this point just left too much dirt behind.

I had a Rainbow sales rep. come out and demo a vacuum for me and right from the start I was impressed to see how much in a short sweep he had removed from my carpet that I had gone over several times before he came with my kirby.
I decided to buy it.

After he left I spent the next couple hours using it in 3 rooms, when I was done, getting no more dirt, I had 43 POUNDS of sand that it took out of my carpet that the Kirby had left behind for years! I was amazed!

I started sharing pictures of all the sand I removed and family members had to have a rainbow for themselves. I am sold on this as a great way to keep your carpet clean, your air clean too since it retains the dust in the water.

It can be a pain to empty/refill but its worth it for me. I have allergies that mostly are caused by this desert sand/dust and since buying my Rainbow in 2005 I breathe much much easier.

This machine can be used just as an air filter too, it has a switch you can push to do that. You can add scents to the water as well and fill the air with the scent you like. Lots of accessories come with the package too.

They are pricey, but in the end they have a 4 year warranty on parts and 8 years on the motor so the price is well worth it. Hope this helps someone that might not have decided on one yet.
