Rainbow e-series

by Martie
(Cadillac, Michigan)

I bought my Rainbow 2 years ago. I was a person who swore I would never buy a Rainbow, I thought it would be a big pain with the water but after I seen the demo for it I could not say no.

I love the Rainbow e-series vacuum cleaner - my house has never felt cleaner. I use it to clean everything we even use it to air up air mattresses and beach toys.

The uses for this vacuum are endless. Yes, the Rainbow may seem pricey and trust me it did to me too.

We are a one income family with 5 children, but it is a great investment and it will last for years to come.

My aunt has been using the same Rainbow for 15 years now and it still works great. I say buy it there is no better cleaning system out there!!!

Rainbow E-series
by: Cheryl

This vacum has been a nightmare for me. It is heavy and not worth the trouble to lug around. I have been trying to put the cleaner together for two days and it is still not putting out water.

The aquamate cleaner product is expensive too. $26.00 plus tax. If you have a weak back don't even think about going there, trust me. I've had it with this monster and although I paid a fortune for it I've ask my husband to take it to the garbage dump!

The Rainbow works great!
by: Lisa

It only makes sense to use the Rainbow.

1: my husband & myself both smoke indoors,
my neighbors & relatives can't tell that
we smoke in the house.

2: As a vacuum it also can't be beat! Over
time...it cleans not only your carpeting
but the padding below.

E2 is great!
by: Rachel

Over the past few months I have used the Rainbow in my home. Not only is the constant airflow while vacuuming fantastic, but also the fact that it is a certified air cleaner. Within 20-30 minutes of running on hurricane mode it cleans all the air in the main part of my home. Then all I have to do is set it on maintenance mode to continue to clean the air in my home while I'm not vacuuming.

My boyfriends allergies are non existences, along with my daughters asthma attacks, while in the house. I didn't know that the air in your house is more likely to be worse than the air outside. Although the cost is an investment by itself, I wouldn't change my mind on the purchase for anything.

Rainbow e-series is worth every penny
by: Damaris

This machine was worth every penny, it not only cleans deep into my carpet my allergies had disappear. After I cook i set it up with the air freshener liquid and turn it on for half an hour, and food odors vanish I will recommend this product.

Love it, and miss it!
by: Anonymous

Back in the 1980's my husband bought a rainbow. Had two different distributorship owners on the line and basically bid between them both to get the lowest price. It was 1982 or '83 and he got the Rainbow for $425 with everything included except the aluminum basin and the floor squeegee. What a fantastic deal! And such a great machine. He got it in the divorce and not a day goes by when I don't miss that thing! If you plan on getting one, bid between two distributorships-talk with the head guy only- and offer them cash near the end of the month. It helps if the economy is bad at the time and they are hurting for business. Unless they have changed their way of paying the distributors, they used to give them bonuses for how many they sold per month. So one more machine at the end of the month is great and they take anything in cash. Don't try this if you aren't a good salesman yourself. The Rainbow is the best! Or at least it was from 1983 until 1990. I bet it's still working today. I wish I had it. I knew I shouldn't get a divorce if he kept the machine! That's how great it was. I don't think it was an E series. sorry about that. Make sure you have a place outside to dump the water. Flushing it isn't a good deal if you have iffy plumbing.
