We've had our Kirby Sentria for 2+ years. It sucks the carpet off the padding.

Our "sales team" was a man and woman who were not high-pressure at all but wouldn't take no for an answer, either.

I had done some online research and found $800-1000 was the 'going' guilt-free rate.

I finally yanked the phone from the rep and told the manager point-blank what I wanted to pay for it.

I got what I wanted and I guess they did, too. It'll probably outlive us.

I bought this vacuum 2 years ago and the motor burned out in it! I'm extremely disappointed in the quality of this machine as well as how much of a pain it is to change out all the pieces. It's way too heavy. Definitely not worth the money!

I don't recommend Sentria vacuum

For me, the Sentria vacuum cleans just as good as the other vacuum in the market.

I hate it so much, it's very heavy to carry around and also comes with a lot of parts, in the transformation to a canister or something else it's a hassle.

I do not recommend this vacuum to no one. It is a heating machine.

not user friendly

we've had the Sentria for a couple months now. The initial 'demonstration' was LONG and somewhat pushy. The salesperson took forever to leave and took our previous vacuum with him - that we could have used. The fact that you have to disconnect the hose and reattach every time you want to use it is a pain. The belt comes off the attachment and you have to finagle it back on. I find the machine heavy as well seeing as we have to lug it up and down stairs. Buyers remorse......

Sentria not worth the money

pushes dirt around on the carpet. takes twice as long to clean the house.

changing the pieces is a pain. could have bought 4 dysons for less. not worth the money.

sales person that came to the door smelled like an ashtray and looked homeless.

Sentria not good

This is by far the worst, most expensive, unuser-friendly vaccum I have ever used. It is frustrating, unreliable expensive and the "kid" who sold it to me took the explanatory CD and solution for carpet cleaning with him.

No one has given me any answers and the dealer went out of business. I don't know what I'm supposed to do with this 1500 dollar piece of crap...can anyone help me?
