shark euro pro steam cleaner

I purchased the Euro pro steam cleaner in Lowes for $99.00. I used the machine for everything from cleaning my hardwood floors, bathrooms, cooktop, even cabinets, base moulings, and the outdoor grill (which worked awesome at cleaning the stainless steel grates).
The machine worked pretty good and I was happy with my purchase. I have had two problems with it though. The first was the "angle adapter" broke, after 5 months. When I called the company I was told it was not a warranty item. They eventually sent the part free of charge after twenty minutes of discussions.
The second problem was after six months the machine just stopped working. It would not heat the water. I contacted the warranty company and was told to send the unit to them with ALL of the attachments, plus a check for $15.95. They told me the unit would be fixed or a replacement unit would be sent back to me.
Overall though when it was working it did a good job, the house did not have a chemical smell. It actually smelt cleaner. I am waiting for the unit to be sent back to me. I have recommended this product to family and friends. After the warranty is up I would definitely buy another steamer, but maybe one that is not made of all plastic.
