Shark NR90C

THE SHARK NR90C VACUUM CLEANER HAS NEVER WORKED PROPERLY SINCE I GOT IT. OVER THE PAST YEAR SINCE I BOUGHT IT I HAVE HAD 3 NEW POWER HEADS, 2NEW TUBES AND NOW THE MOTOR IS GOING.

I HAVE PACKED IT IN A BOX AND AM SENDING IT BACK FOR "REPAIR". I CANNOT TAKE IT MYSELF (NOT ALLOWED) I HAVE TO SEND IT BY COURIER EVEN THOUGH IT IS ONLY 10 MINS FROM MY OFFICE.

THEY WERE NICE ENOUGH TO SEND ME ALL OF THE SPARE PARTS BUT I HOPE THEY REPLACE THE SHARK NR90C VACUUM OR EXCHANGE IR FOR ANOTHER MODEL OR GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK WOULD BE BETTER.

OVERALL NO STARS - PIECE OF CRAP DO NOT BUY

Do not buy the NR90C ... no replacement parts available for this machine

lucky you that you get replacement parts ... contact the company now and they have no replacement parts .. bad enough when the power head died, I could use the small pet attachment for rugs, even though it would take a very long time, but now that seems to have stopped working (might be jammed, but I cannot take it apart as it is all one molded piece, so I would need to break it open) ... the vacuum picks up well for the most part, but the accessories are useless, and since when do you want to vacuum a 3-level house using only the crevice tool because the powerheads don't work?!?!
