Shark V1510C vacuum

by John
(Nanaimo, BC Canada)

I bought a Shark V1510C vacuum about a week ago, and was not impressed, I vacuumed about 6 steps on my stairway, when it stopped, I opened it up, and all I could see is some hair, but not nearly enough for it to overheat and stop, and most of that was not blown into the dustcup.

I looked in their website, and noticed that they have improved the filter for better suction, at a cost of $ 30.00, they should give them away free to those that bought one.

Shark V1510 bagless hand vac
by: Jenny

I do not recommend the Shark V1510 bagless hand vacuum cleaner at all. I wanted something small and light to do spot cleaning, and occasional larger areas. But if I had plugged this in at the store I never would have bought it!! Deafeningly loud, and difficult to clean the HEPA filter (you breath all the dust you HEPA cleaned up while cleaning out the filter?!)

Now I am throwing it out because the brush head has become tangled with hair and there is no easy way to clear it out. I think the motor started to burn out when the head would not spin due to hair tangles. This means that I can no longer use the small hose attachment either. So now I am shopping for a new machine, and will just toss this one out.
