The Dyson animal

The Dyson animal is the least effective vacuum I have ever owned.

I have had it for less than a year and am totally unsatisfied with the product. It does not pick up the most obvious debris on the floor and I have to go over and over the carpet to finally get results.

I have contacted Dyson more than once and they were totally unresponsive.

I have purchased a Hoover to replace it and see the difference in performance immediately. What a waste of money.
