The Shark Plus Canister Vacuum

I DO NOT recommend at all purchasing the The Shark Plus Canister vacuum. The vacuum is is nothing out of the ordinary but the real problem lies in the customer service of the Euro Pro company.

When trying to order new bags (something that is required every so often with a vacuum cleaner) they messed up my order over four times and I spent over three hours haggling with their service department by phone.

By the end of it I had talked to five different people in India and had my credit card charged twice without my approval. On top of that their prices changed with every other person I talked to.

This is not a professional company and God help you if you need something more than a replacement bag. DO NOT purchase this vacuum!

I have bought 3 of these in the past 5 years and they are excellent not sure what the problem is with the replacement bags..after emptying the bags which are full I wash them and they are just fine! Love them because they are pretty green with respect to the recycling of this bag!

I have a neuromuscular condition, and the Shark is the perfect vacuum for me because it is light-weight, and performs well.

Vacuum backs are available at Canadian Tire, where I purchased it.

Canadian Tire sells replacement bags. I just bought a package of 10 for $10. Package also includes internal filters.

I agree - customer service sent me the wrong bags twice and now I'm shopping for a new vacuum.

I purchased a Shark Plus vacuum at Canadian Tire about 2 years ago. It works great but i cannot get replacement bags ANYWHERE.
They still sell Shark vacuums that look exactly the same but not a "Plus" and the front of the bags tehy do have are diffrnet.
